On November 16, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision and a Settlement Stipulation. Upon review, it appears that the payment information included in the Proposed Stipulated Decision does not appear to be consistent with the payment information set forth in the Settlement Stipulation.
Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that the parties' above-referenced Proposed Stipulated Decision and Settlement Stipulation are deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before December 12, 2023, the parties shall file revised proposed decision documents for the Court's consideration.
