Defendant's motion for an order precluding plaintiff from offering testimony at trial that Yecheil Bromberg did not or could not bind plaintiff as its agent and for other relief is denied without prejudice to raising the issues at trial. In this non-jury case, there is no reason to rule on these matters in limine.
