This case was stricken from the Court's May 2, 2022, San Francisco, California trial session and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. Pending before the Court are respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed March 3, 2022, and petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely, filed March 31, 2022. On April 18, 2022, respondent filed a Notice of No Objection to Motion to Proceed Remotely. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely, filed March 31, 2022, is granted, and this case will be calendared for remote trial in due course, should trial be necessary.
