The certification by the Court of Appeals pursuant to Administrative Order No. 1984-2 that its decision in this case conflicts with its decision in Central Michigan University Faculty Ass'n v. Stengren, 142 Mich App 455; 370 NW2d 383 (1985), is considered and the Court is not persuaded that there is a conflict that needs to be resolved or that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
