Upon due consideration of respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, filed October 13, 2021, it appearing that the record does not contain a copy of the notice of deficiency challenged by petitioners in this case, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 21, 2021, respondent shall file a supplement to his above-referenced motion and attach thereto a copy of the notice of deficiency on which this case is based.
