Appeal, No. 66, Oct. T., 1959, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas No. 2 of Philadelphia County, June T., 1958, No. 388, in case of Olney Federal Savings and Loan Association v. William H. Fishman et al. Judgment affirmed.

Same case in court below: 16 Pa. D. C. 2d 273.

Proceeding upon petition under Deficiency Judgments Act. Before CARROLL, P.J., and DOTY, J., without a jury.

Findings entered for plaintiff; defendants' exceptions to findings dismissed and judgment entered for plaintiff. Defendant Resnick appealed.
