Oliveri v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fifth District
Apr 25, 1997
692 So. 2d 277 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1997)

Opinion

Case No. 96-2379

Opinion filed April 25, 1997

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Brevard County, Edward Richardson, Judge.

James B. Gibson, Public Defender, and Andrea J. Surette, Assistant Public Defender, Daytona Beach, for Appellant.

No Appearance for Appellee.

We affirm the defendant's convictions and sentences. However, we note a scrivener's error in the final judgment in Case Number 96-5074 which indicates the defendant pled guilty to the charges. The defendant actually pled nolo contendere in that case. The judgment is corrected to so reflect.

DAUKSCH, COBB and THOMPSON, JJ., concur.
