Order denying motion by defendant to stay the prosecution of an action in the Supreme Court on the ground that the plaintiff has not paid costs on the dismissal of the same cause of action in the Municipal Court without prejudice, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Young, Hagarty, Carswell, Davis and Johnston, JJ., concur.
