APPEAL No. 74-45.

April 19, 1974

Motion of appellee, Ruth S. Olevson, to remand instant matter to the Family Court for the purpose of having said court hear and determine her motion to have appellant adjudged in contempt and, further, of hearing and passing upon her petition for writ of habeas corpus is granted. The papers are remanded to the Family Court for that purpose and upon termination of the hearing therein the papers to be returned forthwith to Supreme Court. Motion of appellant for a special assignment granted, and the matter assigned to the continuous argument list for May 1974.
