DIVORCE, §§ 68, 78 — sufficiency of evidence of cruelty and condonation. Evidence in contested divorce proceedings instituted by husband warranted decree granting husband divorce on ground that wife was guilty of extreme and repeated cruelty and failed to establish defense of condonation by subsequent cohabitation (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1947, ch. 40, par. 9; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 109.176).
