DIVORCE, §§ 68, 78sufficiency of evidence of cruelty and condonation. Evidence in contested divorce proceedings instituted by husband warranted decree granting husband divorce on ground that wife was guilty of extreme and repeated cruelty and failed to establish defense of condonation by subsequent cohabitation (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1947, ch. 40, par. 9; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 109.176).

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. PAUL McWILLIAMS, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in the second division, first district, this court at the December term, 1947.
