CHELSEA OLAND, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Ronald L. Buch Judge.

On June 14, 2023, the Commissioner filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. The Court left messages for Ms. Oland and issued an Order on July 17, 2023, setting the Commissioner's Motion for hearing. The Court's Order was returned to the Court as not deliverable. A review of exhibits attached to the Commissioner's motion shows an additional address for Ms. Oland, and thus we will reserve the Court's Order at that address. The Court has not updated Ms. Oland's address in the Court's records, and if she wants the Court to update her address, she must let us know. She may contact the Court by phone, as set forth in the July 17, 2023 Order, she may file a Notice of Change of Address, or she may appear at the scheduledtrial session when the Commissioner's Motion is set for hearing. It is

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk shall serve this Order and re-serve the Court's Order dated July 17, 2023 at the additional address set forth in Exhibit B to the Commissioner's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution.
