ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

This case for the redetermination of a deficiency, presently set for trial during the Las Vegas, Nevada, trial session scheduled to begin on November 6, 2023, is before the Court on petitioner's motion to proceed remotely, filed August 17, 2023. Giving due regard to the representations contained in petitioner's motion, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's motion is granted. It is further ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the above-referenced trial session. It is further

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at the remote session of the Court scheduled to begin on November 13, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties: (1) a Notice of Remote Proceeding that contains instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding, (2) a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order for the Court's November 13, 2023, remote trial session, and (3) a notice that contains information advising petitioner of possible available assistance by low-income taxpayer clinics that will offer services during the above-referenced trial session.
