ORDER

Before the Court is appellants' December 20, 2023 Emergency Motion for Reconsideration to Stay Enforcement of Court's Order Pending Appeal, which we construe as a new emergency motion to review supersedeas bond and for a stay. We DENY the motion.

In addition, before the Court is appellant's December 19, 2023 Notice of Appeal from the order modifying supersedeas bond, which we also construe as a motion to review supersedeas bond. Having denied the December 20, 2023 emergency motion, we also DENY the December 19, 2023 motion as moot.
