On March 14, 2002, the Court denied Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment and granted Defendants' Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment. (See Ct. Rec. 82.)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the District Court Executive shall enter judgment in favor of Defendants and CLOSE the file. The District Court Executive is directed to enter this order and to provide copies to counsel.
