As noted in open court during a hearing on June 15, 2009, the Court hereby ORDERS that the parties shall confer and attempt to agree on a proposed case schedule. If the parties can reach an agreement, they shall submit an agreed proposed case schedule to the Court by Thursday, June 18, 2009; otherwise, they shall submit individual proposed schedules by Monday, June 22, 2009.
