On final report of the Board on the Unauthorized Practice of Law.
Proposed consent decree rejected. Pursuant to Gov.Bar R. VII(5b)(F)(1), cause remanded to the board for further proceedings in order to include the requirement that respondent have an attorney seek to vacate any outstanding money judgments and dismiss those cases within 60 days of the final order in this case.
