Sua sponte, respondents ordered to file a response, if any, to relators’ motion for oral argument no later than Wednesday, November 3, 2021. No requests or stipulations for extension of time to respond to the motion for oral argument shall be filed, and the clerk of the court shall refuse to file any requests or stipulations for an extension of time.
