On complaint invoking this court's original jurisdiction pursuant to Article XI, Section 9 of the Ohio Constitution. Sua sponte, respondents ordered to file a response, if any, to relators' motion to compel expedited discovery no later than 9:00 a.m. on October 6, 2021. No requests or stipulations for extension of time to respond to the motion to compel expedited discovery shall be filed, and the clerk of the court shall refuse to file any requests or stipulations for extension of time.
