TRADE UNIONS, § 5suit for restoration to membership. Plaintiff could not maintain suit for restoration of his membership in local branch of labor union, from which he was allegedly wrongfully suspended by defendant pursuant to a conspiracy and on ground that plaintiff was not a citizen of United States, where constitution of union required members to be American citizens, and amended complaint contained no affirmative allegations of fact showing that plaintiff was a citizen at time of suspension or that he had rendered himself eligible for reinstatement to membership.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. U.S. SCHWARTZ, Judge, presiding.

Order affirmed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the October term, 1947.
