For cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order served December 30, 2021, is amended in that the Ordered paragraph is deemed to read as follows:

"ORDERED that, on or before January 28, 2022, petitioners shall file an Objection, if any, to the above-described motion to dismiss, as supplemented. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of the motion to dismiss, as supplemented."

It is further

ORDERED that, in all other respects, the Court's Order served December 30, 2021, remains in full force and effect.
