ORDER

Peter J. Panuthos Special Trial Judge.

On January 11, 2024, the parties electronically filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision, and on February 29, 2024, the parties electronically filed a Settlement Stipulation. Upon review of the Settlement Stipulation, the Court notes that the Settlement Stipulation refers to the "attached Statement of Account" even though there is no attachment to the Settlement Stipulation. The Court will set this case for a status hearing at the Court's April 2, 2024, San Francisco, California trial session.

Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that this case is set for a status hearing at the Court's trial session commencing April 2, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Time), in Room 2-1408, 2nd Floor, Burton Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94102.
