On September 24, 2021, respondent filed a status report in this case. In consideration of information contained in the report, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall file with the Court, on or before November 15, 2021, a status report (jointly if possible, otherwise separately) detailing the then-present status of the case. If the parties do not report meaningful progress toward resolution, the Court expects to set this case for remote trial via Zoomgov during the Court's Winter trial session, set for administrative purposes in Denver, Colorado, beginning February 7, 2022. The undersigned will be presiding.
