RULE TO SHOW CAUSE


AND NOW, this 2nd day of February, 2007, the Petition for Rule to Show Cause Why Respondent Should Not Be Held in Contempt is granted, and a Rule is hereby issued upon respondent to show cause why he should not be held in contempt for willful violation of this Court's Orders of March 3, 2006, and August 22, 2006, and why the matter should not be referred to the Disciplinary Board for a hearing to recommend the appropriate sanction. Rule returnable within fourteen days of the date hereof.
