AND NOW, this 12^th day of March, 2008, on certification by the Disciplinary Board that the respondent, Marianne Elizabeth Barkus, a/k/a Marianne Elizabeth Shadduck, who was suspended by Order of this Court dated February 2, 2007, consistent with the Orders of the Supreme Court of California filed March 3, 2003, and May 19, 2004, has filed a verified statement showing compliance with all the terms and conditions of the Order of Suspension and Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E., and there being no other outstanding order of suspension or disbarment, Marianne Elizabeth Barkus, a/k/a Marianne Elizabeth Shadduck, is hereby reinstated to active status, effective immediately.
