ORDER


AND NOW, this 18th day of January, 2007, upon consideration of the Reports and Recommendations of the Disciplinary Board both dated November 3, 2006, it is hereby ORDERED that:

(a) at No. 34 DB 2006, respondent is disbarred from the Bar of this Commonwealth and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E., and

(b) at No. 188 DB 2005, the disciplinary charges are dismissed.

It is further ORDERED that respondent shall pay costs to the Disciplinary Board pursuant to Rule 208(g), Pa.R.D.E.
