ORDERED that Darrell Lee Kadunce is suspended on consent from the Bar of this Commonwealth for a period of one year to run concurrent with the one year and one day suspension imposed by Order of this Court on March 31, 2006, at No. 1114 Disciplinary Docket No. 3, and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.
