MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS

This cause originated in this court on the filing of an election contest petition under R.C. 3515.08(B).

Upon consideration of contestor's motion to direct the clerk of the court to serve the complaint and summons upon respondents, it is ordered by the court that the motion is granted.

It is ordered that the clerk of this court shall serve a summons and copy of the complaint on respondents at the addresses provided on the petition. Respondents shall have five days from the time service has been made on them to file an answer to the petition, and contestor shall have three days in which to reply to the answer. Respondents shall file depositions and other evidence within 20 days after the expiration of contestor's time to file depositions and evidence. Contestor shall file his brief within seven days of the filing of contestee's and respondents' evidence, and contestee and respondents shall file their briefs within seven days thereafter. All documents shall be served on the date of filing by personal service, facsimile, or e-mail.
