Appeal, No. 83, Jan. T., 1969, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, July T., 1966, No. 39, in case of Mary J. O'Donnell et vir v. Dana C. Thayer. Judgment affirmed.

Trespass for personal injuries. Before RILEY, J.

Verdict in favor of defendant; motion by plaintiffs for new trial denied and judgment entered. Plaintiffs appealed.

Judgment affirmed.
