These cases were calendared for trial during the Court's January 16, 2024, Louisville, Kentucky, trial session. On October 12, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial. By Order served October 23, 2023, among other things, the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial was granted, and the undersigned retained jurisdiction.
On May 23, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Status Report. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before July 23, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of these cases.
