Defendant Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul Pacific Railroad Company appealed from a judgment of the district court for Swift county, G.E. Qvale, Judge, in favor of plaintiff against this appellant and the defendant Great Northern Railway Company. The Great Northern is made a party to the appeal but has not appealed. Affirmed, following O'Connor v. C. M. St. P. P. R. Co. 190 Minn. 277, 251 N.W. 674.
