ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the respondent Miguel Velasquez pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 12, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and the applicant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 9, 2012, and the applicant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
