On March 24, 2022, respondent filed an unopposed Motion to Withdraw as Counsel attorney Joseph T. Alston. The parties will not be prejudiced by Mr. Alston's withdrawal and respondent continues to have representation.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, filed March 24, 2022, is granted, and attorney Joseph T. Alston is withdrawn as counsel in this case.
