Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and the decision, order and judgment of Supreme Court, entered October 18, 2022, is stayed pending determination of the appeal taken therefrom, except as it applies to individuals whose admissions were scheduled on or before November 2, 2022, and it is further
ORDERED that the appeal is set down for the March 2023 term of this Court. Appellants shall file and serve the record on appeal and appellants' brief on or before January 5, 2023. Respondent shall file its brief on or before February 6, 2023. Appellants' reply brief, if any, shall be filed and served on or before February 16, 2023.
