Tyler Ray OBERHART, Applicant–Appellant, v. STATE of Iowa, Respondent–Appellee.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Jasper County, Brad McCall, Judge. A postconviction-relief applicant contends his trial attorneys were ineffective in failing to seek suppression of his videotaped statement to police. AFFIRMED. John C.
