An appeal having been taken to this Court by the above-named petitioner from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about November 20, 2017, And the New York City Municipal Labor Committee having moved for leave to file a brief amicus curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeal,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted, and the six copies of the proposed amicus curiae brief submitted with the moving papers are deemed filed.
