And defendants-appellants having moved to vacate an order of this Court, entered on July 29, 2021 (M-2021-02114), and for an extension of time in which to perfect the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the within motion, deemed to include a request to vacate the dismissal of the appeal, and for an extension of time in which to perfect the appeal, is denied. That branch of the motion seeking to vacate this Court's order entered on July 29, 2021 (M-2021-02114) is denied as academic.
