On June 3, 2022, petitioner filed in this case a motion to dismiss. Also on June 3, 2022, petitioner filed a motion to withdraw, requesting that the motion to dismiss be withdrawn. Respondent has no objection to the granting of petitioner's motion to withdraw.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced motion to withdraw is granted and petitioner's above-referenced motion to dismiss is withdrawn.
