ORDER

BARBARA MOSES, United States Magistrate Judge.

Pursuant to this Court's Scheduling Order (Dkt. No. 10), the parties were directed to either (a) electronically file a joint letter advising the Court that the parties have complied with the requirements of paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Scheduling Order but were unable to resolve the case and are proceeding to brief their respective positions, or (b) electronically file a stipulation dismissing, remanding, or otherwise resolving the case. The joint letter or stipulation was due no later than July 18, 2021.

If the parties have not yet engaged in the settlement communications required by the Court's Scheduling Order, the parties are hereby directed to do so promptly. If the parties have already engaged in those settlement communications, they are directed to file either a joint letter or stipulation, as described above, no later than August 18, 2021.
