Jonathan Bates NUNEMAKER, Appellant v. The STATE of Texas, Appellee

From the 454th Judicial District Court, Medina County, Texas Trial Court No. 23-07-14823-CR Honorable Daniel J. Kindred, Judge Presiding.

ORDER

Beth Watkins, Justice.

The clerk's record in this appeal was originally due July 8, 2024. On July 2, 2024, the district clerk filed an abbreviated clerk's record that contained a notification of late record stating the full clerk's record was not filed because the trial court had denied appellant's request for a free record and the district clerk was "[w]aiting for Attorney to file request for Clerk's Record to determine page count/fees." The record also contained a copy of the trial court's July 2, 2024 order denying appellant's request for a free record.

We ORDER appellant to provide written proof to this court by August 1, 2024 that: (1) appellant has requested the preparation of the clerk's record; and (2) the clerk's fee has been paid or arrangements have been made to pay the clerk's fee. See TEX. R. APP. P. 35.3(A).
