Motion of appellant to withdraw its objection to appellee's motion and affidavit wherein appellee sought to make a newspaper article annexed to said motion and affidavit, marked Exhibit A, a part of the record is denied, and the matter remanded to Superior Court for action in accordance with the order entered on October 29, 1971.
