Order dismissing the complaint for lack of jurisdiction of person and the judgment entered thereon, unanimously affirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements to respondent. There is no allegation or proof that defendant-respondent committed any tortious act in New York State under the provisions of CPLR 302.
