The plaintiff's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 152 Conn.App. 445, 100 A.3d 42, is granted, limited to the following issues:

“1. Did the Appellate Court properly affirm the trial court's decision based upon its conclusion that the doctrine of disproportionate forfeiture does not apply in this matter?

“2. Did the Appellate Court properly affirm the trial court's decision based upon its conclusion that the premises had been used for purposes other than ‘professional offices?’ ” EVELEIGH and ESPINOSA, Js., did not participate in the consideration of or decision on this petition.
