FORMER ADJUDICATION, § 186 — transcript of prior proceedings, necessity of. In action in equity for an accounting and to compel plaintiff's stepmother to turn over a bankbook, defendant could not contend that a prior interpleader suit in the municipal court was binding upon plaintiff, because defendant failed to present a full transcript of the prior proceedings, and lower court properly disregarded affidavit of municipal court judge which attempted to supply matters shown of record.
