FORMER ADJUDICATION, § 186transcript of prior proceedings, necessity of. In action in equity for an accounting and to compel plaintiff's stepmother to turn over a bankbook, defendant could not contend that a prior interpleader suit in the municipal court was binding upon plaintiff, because defendant failed to present a full transcript of the prior proceedings, and lower court properly disregarded affidavit of municipal court judge which attempted to supply matters shown of record.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Cook county; Hon. ROBERT J. DUNNE, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in second division, first district, this court a June term, 1940.
