On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the March 23, 2001 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is GRANTED. Among the issues to be briefed, the parties shall address whether MCL 500.3020(1)(b) requires actual notice of cancellation. The motion of Insurance Information Association of Michigan for leave to file briefs amicus curiae is considered, and it is GRANTED.
