An action by a minor, who was injured by a fall in a public park of the City and County of Denver, to procure a court order that the city furnish sufficient financial assistance to enable the injured child to procure hospitalization and chiropractic treatments for the correction of his injuries. Judgment of dismissal.

Error to the District Court of the City and County of Denver, Hon. George A. Luxford, Judge.
