On October 31, 2023, the parties filed a settlement stipulation and a proposed stipulated decision for the Court's consideration. A review of those documents discloses that the Form 3623, Statement of Account, referenced as an attachment to the settlement stipulation is not attached to that document.
Accordingly, upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that the above-described settlement stipulation is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before November 22, 2023, the parties shall file a proper settlement stipulation. The Court will hold the parties' proposed stipulated decision in abeyance.
