These cases were called for trial at the Court's Hartford, Connecticut, remote Special Trial Session on Monday, November 15, 2021. The parties appeared and were heard. At trial, there was no objection from respondent to the Expert Report of James M. Deitch being admitted, and the Report was admitted into evidence during the trial as Exhibit 85-P and made part of the record.
Prior to trial, October 15, 2021, Petitioner filed a Motion for Leave to File Report for Docket No. 3639-19 at docket index entry no. 41; and lodged a Report (Expert Report of James M. Deitch) at docket index entry no. 42. The same documents were filed at Docket No. 8104-19 at docket index entry nos. 39 and 40 on November 10, 2021.
After due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is
ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Leave to File an Expert Report for Docket No. 3639-19, docket index entry no. 41, filed October 15, 2021, is granted, and the Expert Report of James M. Deitch, lodged on October 15, 2021, docket index entry no. 42, is filed as of the date of this Order. It is further
ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Leave to File an Expert Report for Docket No. 8104-19, docket index entry no. 39, filed November 10, 2021, is granted, and the Expert Report of James M. Deitch, lodged on November 10, 2021, docket index entry no. 40, is filed as of the date of this Order. It is further
ORDERED that the Expert Report of James M. Deitch is admitted into evidence and made part of the record in this case as Exhibit 85-P.
