This case is calendared for trial during the November 27, 2023, Milwaukee, Wisconsin trial session. On October 24, 2023, the Commissioner filed a Motion to Change Place of Trial informing the Court that Petitioners now reside in Louisiana and will be unable to travel to Milwaukee for trial. In that motion, the Commissioner provided an updated address for petitioners. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's November 27, 2023, Milwaukee, Wisconsin trial calendar and continued generally. It is further
ORDERED that Commissioner's Motion to Change Place of Trial to New Orleans, Louisiana, filed October 24, 2023, is granted. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk shall update Petitioners' address of record to the address appearing in Commissioner's Motion to Change Place of Trial.
