Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. There is but one cause of action pleaded, based upon the contract alleged in paragraph III of the complaint. The additional transactions alleged have to do with the asserted performance of that contract. Kelly, P.J., Jaycox, Manning, Kelby and Kapper, JJ., concur.
