          JUDGMENT

          CHARLES BREYER, District Judge.

         The Court having granted plaintiff's motion for a default judgment by Order dated June 15, 2004, judgment is entered in favor of plaintiff Northwest Administrators Inc. and against AC Paving Inc. in the total amount of $3, 354.11.

         IT IS SO ORDERED.
